- Seventh nights are free (subject to availability).
- Should the ground or weather conditions be unsuitable for a campervan or caravan on the day we reserve the right to relocate to an alternative area on the farm.
- Each pitch accommodates 2 adults + 4 children (under 18) maximum.
- Fishing according to Environment Agency rules barbless hooks. Children accompanied by an adult, no charge. Species: Roach, Rudd, Green and Golden Tench, Perch, Crucian, Mirror and Common Carp, Bream.
- There is a small W.C. adjacent to the shepherds’ huts In the telephone box.

(sleeps 4 adults + 2 children) minimum stay, but please contact us through our enquiry page for any special offers. (Well behaved dogs accepted and free Wifi). Extra accommodation/beds are available - please ask for details.
Dogs must be under control and on leads about the farm to protect wildlife and our free roaming ducks and chickens. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds.
